Introduction Information page:

Thank you for your interest in our online DIFC Will product. To generate your DIFC Will you will need to register an account with us and complete an online questionnaire before making the payment by credit card to receive your Will. Please note that in order to complete  the questionnaire you will need the following documents and details:

• passport copies for yourself, your spouse, minor children and any guardians, executors, funeral directors or beneficiaries you wish to include in the Will;
• Emirates ID copies for yourself, your spouse, minor children and any guardians, executors, funeral directors or beneficiaries you wish to include in the Will (if relevant);
• details of any guardians, executors, funeral directors or beneficiaries you wish to include in the Will (including telephone numbers, email addresses and residential addresses); and
• documentation containing details of any specific assets or items that you wish to bequest under your Will, such as title deeds, registration cards etc.

Please note the questionnaire will take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete (there is an option to save and complete later).
